As long as you're patient and not looking for non-stop action then yes, it will work with only having an hour here or there to play. It's a very different type of game that not everyone can get into, but if you're looking for the ultimate in tactical simulations then I would certainly think about picking up this game.

RedBane, I'm like you with only an hour here and an hour there most of the time. I don't find the game very friendly to people with our type of schedules. You will basically be able to play one mission and when you die and there are no AI soldiers left, your gaming session is done. Whether that be 5 minutes into the mission or 50 minutes.

I'm really in the same boat, with limited game time, but I don't really have much of a problem. I generally take roles in the game that keep me off the front lines and get to play pretty much the entire time I'm in game. Some maps are brutal and you're in the storm of battle as soon as you spawn, but it's not a common occurance.
