How to change resolution from outside of the game?

I changed the game to my native resolution and now it won't function, I'm assuming because of incompatible refresh rates. If anyone knows how to change the graphics settings - or more specifically, the resolution - from outside of the game, please do tell!

The external configuration app they had for Flashpoint got canned.
C:\Documents and Settings\$YourUserName$\My Documents\ArmA\ArmA.cfg
There's an entry "refresh" in there among other settings for the graphics.
