3. Any experience with Armed Assault and/or Operation Flashpoint?: Played OpFlash, but didn't like it (EvilKoala can attest) because of the learning curve. Actually turned the discs into coasters, took pictures, and sent them to him. ArmA is a blast though and I think I've mastered the controls. =) The TrackIR made all the difference in the world to me.

4. Are you active in any other games at TG?: Not yet, but I'd like to be.

5. Any interest in mission editing/scripting?: Sure, if someone wants to hold my hand and teach me how. =)

6. Any real world Military experience?: Plenty. I'm an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician (Bomb Squad and hence the username. =) )

3. Any experience with Armed Assault and/or Operation Flashpoint? Alot. I used to play Flashpoint almost all the time when I was a little younger. I never could get the hang of anything other than infantry combat, however even then, I feel I may only be proficient vs AI with AI. I'm as of yet untried in 'real' multiplayer.

4. Are you active in any other games at TG? Not with TG, not yet anyways. I do own alot of the games other TG users play, so I hope to get involved sooner rather than later.

5. Any interest in mission editing/scripting? In flashpoint I made a handul of missions, wich I where told where pretty good, though i'm very rusty and "out of shape" when it comes to editing, but we'll see!

6. Any real world Military experience? None at all. May very well change one day.

Very little (only got the game a few hours ago and the gear for my new rig arrives tomorrow !)

I enjoy using real world formations and tactics. I also find working as a team in games is the best way to play. I should be on ArmA around 9pm(GMT) if my rig building goes smoothly! See you all then!

Currently in Libertas de Dominatus (LdD). Consists of veterans from Betas Blockers, which were originally one of the top 3 Planetside outfits (Vanu).

3. Any experience with Armed Assault and/or Operation Flashpoint?
Lots.

4. Are you active in any other games at TG?
Not atm. Might go for some Battlefield action sometime though.

5. Any interest in mission editing/scripting?
Some. Editor is more or less identical to the one used in OFP, and I have some experience in making 1-5 man MP missions. The lack of spare time is my main restriction for creating missions, however.

6. Any real world Military experience?
Medic in the Navy. Served briefly with a Marine Jeger detachment (similar to SEALs). Also had a brief time as an assistant in the Coast Guard Sea King rescue choppers. Was about to apply as a winchman/diver, but got caught up in "other things".

In games I'm pretty fond of sniping and flying around in troop transports. Teamwork is key, and the main reason I signed up to TG (thanks for the recommendation, Gin ).

Before playing here I had never seen this amount of coordination and team play, needless to say it's awesome and I thoroughly enjoy it every time I log in to the server.

5: I enjoy playing with the editor in ArmA but im not that good with it yet, i just use it too set up simple scenarios to test the game engine and various tactics, and too see how awfull a helo pilot i am!

Loads, The orginal Editor in OFP was were i spent most of my time,currently spending a lot of time in ARMA editor getting myself up to speed.......
