Just got ArmA yesterday, based on so much talk about the game around TG. Thought I'd try it out! Only played the Evolution map online which seems quite good... almost like a FPS MMORPG, get more experience, access new weapons/vehicles, recruit NPC's!

I've only played the ArmA demo..
I only play PR and some CSS on TG servers otherwise
Some interest yes, I'll have to see how the editing is, scripting I have no clue how to.
No IRL Military experiences, want to join AF later in life though hopefully as a pilot.

BF2 players comin over just like Delta was speakin.. What mods should I get for the game?? and Im downloading it from steam so Im hoping its same version as TG plays...???

You'll need to make sure it's v1.09 to play with us. I suspect you can still apply the patch to the Steam version if you're sneaky.

Yes...you posted this in another thread and I responded in kind.

In the multiplayer server menu...enter tacticalgamer into the filter.

alright, will do next time I load up but everytime I've been on ArmA Ive always looked through for the TG server and have never seen it.. all I have filtering is not to show the empty servers..

Filter on the word "tactical" and the TG servers will display.
