Here is a partial fix I found. Forgot where I found it so cannot give credit.

In your xfire_games.ini go look for this number [4213]. Delete what ever text is with it and replace by the following:

Functionality:
-It makes the overlay work in game.
-People can see that you are playing arma.

Not working:
-One-click joining
-Cannot see the correct server ip I think.
