First English Armed Assault Review

In case you guys didn't see the main page of the official Armed Assault web site, the first and only english review of the game was posted at gamingtarget.com/game.php?gameid=3884 . I just wanted to get your thoughts on the review itself and the score. Some have said it's just right while others claim it's too high.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I skimmed it pretty fast.. review seems pretty accurate. I agree about a few of the quibbles regarding iron-sights and AI. Hopefully most of the other "generic" review sites will appreciate the game for what it is rather than compare to quake or BF.

Hello all,

It's NOT a UK release , just in case you may have thought that....

I finally found a site affiliated with the developer, Bohemia Interactive, which was selling legal downloadable copies of the German version. My credit card, a few mouse clicks and a community provided English language conversion patch was all I needed to get rolling. I was in business.

Just the german vers with the sickboy trans. But If you get that then, ok!

Also the review says the sounds have been improved....

umm as far as I know the sounds in arma are not great at all, but I may have been spoiled by addons such as FFUR etc......
