I didn't relize so many people were having a problem with the beta patch. As a suggestion should we turn the server back to 1.05 to allows these people to play?

That would effectively lock out all US Atari release players. I don't think that is a viable option.

The patch(beta) is the only means of allowing the international release to play with the Atari release.

The bright side is that 1.07 beta has lasted for so long, this gives me hope they will only release 1.07 when it has resolved most of the bugs.

I haven't seen anything official commenting on Vista compatability.. I just started so my troubleshooting hasn't gone in-depth yet. Using 1.06 - doesn't work.. so far 1.07beta doesn't work either.

I have the 1.07 beta installed and I can't connect to any servers at this point. So i am just holding out for the real deal.

Got the US version about a week after it came out... got the beta 1.07... only problem: total lack of real time right now due to work. Have not had any problems with signing on or anything. Running XP and I just got TrackIR for additional confusion on my part. Looks like a good hardware addon though!

Still don't play it as much as well, I'm waiting on community NA players to respond with mods/missions and that well played Riverbattle/battlefield OFP mission to be converted to arma... That was a highly popular map and kept servers going

I understand and know that...but still kinda hard to say "hey guys, i know your playing Evolution, but lets do something else"...if you know what I mean.

Shut Vista's User Accessibility Control completely off and you shouldnt have any real "vista-related" issues regarding gaming. Only issue's I have so far are simply GPU driver related.

Now we have the second server open to everybody(passworded), Evolution is not even available in the mission list for that one.
