Armed Assault v1.08 has been released!

Both the v1.08 International Update (v1.05->v1.08) and the v1.08 U.S. Update (v1.06->v1.08) are available in the Members Downloads area.

I'm still downloading the patch. Over on the BIS forum there is already a 1.08 troubleshooting thread!

I guess I have an appreciation with my programming experience that changing 800-900 things will cause problems that even good testing won't catch. I'm not surprised there will be issues, I just cross my fingers I won't be part of the 1 in 20 for whom this patch breaks

There are some GREAT bug fixes in this version that I have been looking forward to, but the best thing about this is the world is now on the SAME ArmA version. That is the real gift with this release.

I assume we can now safely install 1.08 for playing on TG servers? (Perhaps the beta shortcut would allow it anyway?)

The v1.08 patch has NOT been applied to the TG servers yet.
