Re: TG Training
Would be awesome if these could be implemented on the server, actually only letting the ones who have passed a certain level of training have the ability to do what theyve been trained to do...

Re: TG Training
As I've mentioned before I Joined TG while dropping my direct link with a UK based clan.
They run a server similar in game contents to here but the ArmA content here is more populated and the UK -v- USA timescale suits me better. But............. They run a strict 3-part exam for each ellement Infantry, Air, Armour, Spec ops, Sniper etc So for example in infantry the 1st part consists of run the assault course against the clock and select different weapons and fire them. 2nd part consists of map reading and chomping to a location, target shooting against the clock when prone standing and crouched. 3rd part chomp to a target, use armour weapon to down it, clear out hostiles, move to extract etc Each of these were taken as an exam. Needs a fair bit of managing it did.

Re: TG Training
I'm very interested in attending, i'm fairly new to online-gaming (I've played Sof2 / AA online but usually stopped because of other users and their attitiude.) and it would be great to "learn how to do it right".

Re: TG Training
Any volunteers, please contact me and I will get you started. I have expanded the areas by one or two, but the premise is still the same.
The 1st block of instrucion we will run will be TeamSpeak, so all you gurus please stand up!! BTW, I already have a couple flying instructors coming over from TGU to lend us a hand in that area. I would also like feedback on when the best times are to run these events. Most likely, the test server will be running for any and all to participate at the certian times.

Re: TG Training
I know im pretty new to the game and the forums, but i suppose everyone is, but i am good at one thing, i knew nothing, but now i know more, so if you want beginners lessons, i most probably know all the stupid little thigns that most people will be embarrased to ask. Unless you can think of anything else i am good at (apart from shooting barnaby).
