Maybe tweak the EXAMINE action menu? What if only medics would be able to do a deep and accurate examination of a wounded soldier? I think it could solve part of the problem.
A regual soldier can only detect bleeding, therefore he can apply only bandages (only "Bandage JohnDoe" shows up). Yes, the regular soldier can carry as many epi as he wants, he cant use them anyway...
This opens a door for using the other existing medical supply in ACE (now useless, like plasma bag, etc).
This, of course, can be applied on MOD side, so all existing mission do not need to be modified, removing crates/medical tents.

indeed..and now that we can load wounded into vehichles it makes it more realistic since the medics dont have to rush into combat to save somoene..the wounded man can be tken to the medic

As I suggested earlier, medics could be the only ones, who are able to revive players after they ve been shot. But there should be a time frames for revives.
