You acsses your inventory and drop the ammo at your feet then the gunner picks it up. There might be a direct transfer but I haven't figured it out

Most have been "EvoTIzed" thinking ya gotta transfer via vehicle or the stuff (inventory) Disappears like magic... It's just a symptom... ;-)

Yes this is the version that is one the server and the only one so far that alows our us and non us versions to play together.

I finally bit the bullet and joined everyone on the server for an hour or so, but felt a little lost joining a squad in the middle of a mission. This planned session sounds like a perfect opportunity for me to learn the ropes, so to speak, and exactly the type of experience I am looking for with ArmA. If this event starts sometime during the afternoon (EST), I would enjoy participating in it.

My preference for positions are as follows:

Assistant Automatic Gunner
Automatic Gunner

I look forward to playing with everyone on Sunday.

Sorry Pfeil, I didn't realize you were new to ArmA, I could've been a bit more helpful.

No worry, Taxi. It was bad timing on my part, as I logged in between missions and several members were on their way out for the night. I might try again sometime this week, but do think Sunday’s event will be a perfect opportunity for me to really experience what ArmA has to offer.

I just hope there are no hazing rituals!

Alright Gentlemen a little bit of a crisis. So far any mission I've seen hasn't been up to par so I'm asking for suggestions for a mission on sunday.

Must have coop with 16+ players
respawn would be nice but no necessary.
also something that would alow us to try and split by fire teams so I'm looking for missions with 4 squads at least.

Our fall back is to try and get something going on the evo server. We'll have to do some preliminary missions to get everyones rank up.

I'll speak to Dslyecxi next time I see him. He might be able to let us use one of the shacktac missions like Conventional Warfare.

And please no respawn/evo. It defies the whole point of having a nice, organised team if dying means absolutely nothing.
