Beta patch 1.12 error when game loads - Need help

Ok, got everything installed.

I extracted the Beta patch 1.12 zip into the Arma folder, "C:\Program Files\Atari\ArmA". From there I installed it.

Now, when I go to play it, yes using the "Launch Arma Beta Patch", it gives me this error:

Addon 'DBE1_Hoxfix' Requires addon 'DBE1'

Any ideas? please help me

Should I have installed beta patch 1.11 before 1.12?

when i downloaded the 1.12 patch i extract it to a new folder then ran the exe and just copied over the missions and mp missions folders. for some reason you get that error when you copy over the addons and dbe1 folders, at least that's how it was in my case with the last beta patch and that is why i didn't copy them over. make sure you uninstall all other beta patches. i hope that helps you

Just in case you are not aware of this KillaDUCE. DBE1 is the Queens Gambit expansion pack for ArmA (Why it was called DBE1 is anyones guess)!
