Issues with the new 1.14 patch

Hy Guys
Well I d/l 1.14 but it dosen't seem to have installed it anywhere I can see in my C folder.
All I can see is my 1.12 stuff.

Should I d/l it again and try to install again or is it hiding somewhere???

I've got the read me text for 1.14 so I know it d/l ok but when I run the game it is showing only 1.12.

Take out the "\beta\" line out of your launch program location as well as the "-mod=beta" out of your command line.

I'll have a look tomorrow as it's late and I'm tired now and my brain is numb. lol

Fresh as a daisy now but I'm at work.
Thinking about it ................ where do I [exactly] find these lines that I am supposed to remove????

So even though I have updated to 1.12 with out hassle this new patch doesn't update from there to 1.14 without me needing to remove/delete Beta ect.

I haven't got any mods running the only thing I have added is the sqd logos.

Help plz

Hi Barnaby. Anything inbetween 1.08 and 1.14 is a beta patch. BIS are expecting people to be at 1.08 before installing 1.14 (that means no beta patches to be installed).

If you download beta 1.12, there is a beta 1.12 uninstaller included with the files. Double click this to uninstall your beta. You should then be at 1.08. Then patch up to 1.14

If you can't get hold of beta 1.12, give me a shout and I will host it so you can download it.

I've experienced some graphics problems that I haven't seen for a few versions. .. dont know how to properly describe it... large gray geometric triangles that appear when facing in particular directions... as if the problem begins at a particular point on the screen and stretches out from it.... alt tab usually fixes it.... though if one appears while flying, might as well eject and cross fingers.
