Re: Game stuck in receiving

I seem to be getting this on occasion with the 1.04. Never experienced it before the patch.
Might as well post it up in the BIS forum to let them know.

It appears your Carbodingulator on your grahpics card thermostat may be going out. I can fix'er for ya. But it'll cost ya. 'Bout $1000 and 4 days labor.

Depends on the mission. If you can repro in SP then that will be helpful. Otherwise they can't help you (BIS).

Re: Game stuck in receiving

Ok, been testing it and results are:
If you have your video memory higher than 'Default' you should use the "-maxmem"
If you have your video memory on "Default" try to raise the VRAM/page file of your HD.
If you have more than 2GB RAM. Use "-maxmem"

Also, I only get "Receiving..." when I set my Viewdistance over 3500k ingame & flying.
