OK, So a while back I got ARMA 2 From STEAM

Since then I have been having Horrible Lag. (2 Frames per second on average)

I am wanting to Play ARMA 2 with TG just i don't want to weigh everyone down with LAG.

My system Specs are

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 (3.0 Ghz)

EVGA 9500 1 GB
2 hard drives (2x 750 GB Western Digital Caviar Green HDD)
Gigabyte EP45-UD3L Mobo

Please Help...

what kind of settings are you trying to run ? list all the setting and where you have them.

are the HDD in RAID0, or do you just have 2?

I have a laptop with 2.26 dual core and a 512MB 9600m card and it was running around 12-15 FPS with most on normal, some on low, and resolution at around 1200x720. Kinda low res once you are used to playing at 1680x1050. It didn't look all that great, but it ran.

There's your problem... A 9500 GT is far below ideal for Arma2, so you'll probably be looking at heavy tweaking to make it playable. Drop all settings to low/very low and see if it's playable, then start bringing them up until you find a good balance. Shadows are an exception here, for best performance they should be either at high/very high or switched completely off.

Here's a good start: http://www.armaholic.com/forums.php?m=posts&q=6713
