Re: Using Shoot 1.6 (Voice Recognition Software) with ArmA

No problem, if you need any more help, feel free to post here or pm me.

I would also recommend checking out Pilfius (look for the other voice recognition thread by JAMerica). Its a lot newer, but seems simpler to use. I managed to add my own settings to the ArmA profile made on it very quickly.

Re: Using Shoot 1.6 (Voice Recognition Software) with ArmA

FINALLY got it, once I got the profile into shoot it still was not working or recognizing any of my voice commands even after reading 2 sets of the word recognition stories then finally after about 2 hours I thought to go into the shoot properties and I changed the compatability mode to Windows 2000 and then she started to work like a champ. Great job on this Gin and Thanks for taking all your valuable time to get a VERY accurate profile created!

Gin, I need your assistance. Don't know if you are aware of this but the keys for the GPS and Garmin are wrong. Both have the key set as "i" which is the scoreboard. Was gonna go in and change the key set but couldn;t figgure out how to do so. Also Compass doesn't work either, does it work for you? Other wise everything else is GREAT!

GPS is set as J.

Its because I have shifted my key settings around a bit to make things easier. It's probably worth checking the key-maps for the stuff that isn't radio commands.

I would advise copying it as its made my life a lot easier, e.g. T for compass. Thought I'd mentioned it, my bad.
