Question Please insert the original disk..

Okay, the Problem is that, even though this is the only disk i have, it keeps rejecting it as a backup or copy, I've tried auto-running it, clicking the shortcut on the desktop, and clicking the drive in 'my computer'.

all yield the same message.

help?

Re: Please insert the original disk..

Re-boot and try again.

You have had ArmA up and running with your disk right???

You can get errors in connection after CTD's but re-boot normaly sorts it.

Mnnnnnn
Looking at some of your older posts I notice you were running @ 1.04??? you should be up @ 1.08.

Re: Please insert the original disk..

If you are running any CD emulation software it can cause problems with some CD protection even if its not running. Pretty much most EA games now won't run if apps like Clone CD are installed.

FYI, I'm not accusing you of piracy, the apps have legitimate uses, just trying to help

Re: Please insert the original disk..

it's patched up, I thought that maybe it could be because the patches weren't written to the disk?

and no, the only CD software I have is still on the dell disk in the box, I have friends who do that stuff for me :P
