haha, ive been doin it for about 6 yrs and im not nearly as good as i should be either, but i enjoy it tho and can hang my own in the sport. i train standup every once in awhile too but i dont enjoy it as much and i think its way rougher than jiu jitsu (more tiring too). but i def have respect for those standup guys since i know how hard it is, and can appreciate watching the beauty of some good technical standup.

edit: i probably don't enjoy standup cuz im just not that good at it, which is also probably y its rougher for me cuz im usually taking more shots than i give, lol

@1er: nice setup. So you play thru a control24 with an attached HD-System, TC Konnekt + Genelec Monitors?

Wow! Must sound awesome or maybee worse as you hear all the crappy sampled sounds. Thats what i recognized when playing over my adam monitors.
But anyway, nice setup and happy to be not the only soundengineer playing at TG.

Damn right

ProTools is my wife!

Those monitors really help with clarity, but we have a better room with deader and squarer sound, no bass traps etc. This one isn't soundproofed at all, but I tend to use closed BeyerDynamic headphones anyway
