not so much with arma yet. certainly the freelook thing in other games i do ALL THE TIME! but when i first got Left 4 Dead i would always catch myself weighing up buildings for zombie apocalypse survival.

I think a lot of people do that. I used to play 'Sniper' with some friends of mine. You look around the area and pick a location to set up a concealed firing position, then explain why you chose the position, what you'd be shooting at, how you'd get away from the position, and so on.
