Just want to add that I've installed the beta patch and have also experienced a noticeable increase in performance around towns.

Units falling through buildings with the first aid modules has been fixed too, hurray!!!!

Won't have people falling off the carrier on carver's carrier assault mission anymore (while being dragged).

Please don't apply the beta patch to the server as I keep experience a fatal CTD 'pixelshader' error on startup when I try to run the beta patch.

Check that your beta is installed properly. That is the result if a bad install.

A couple of new betas have been released since this thread was last updated, and the build numbers have now passed the 60000 mark

Changelog since it was last posted in this thread:
Code:[60090] Fixed: Improved vehicles and motorcycles driving. [60068] New: Alt-Enter can be used to switch window/fullscreen while paused. [60015] New: Execute action with LMB can be unmapped. [60013] Fixed: Possible freeze under Vista/Win7 when Alt-Tabing out of the game during progress screen. [59999] Fixed: Player is no more target when commanding in external view. [59988] New: Windowed/Fullscreen can now be switched ingame (in Video options).

A bit frustrating to see how many bugs I have posted, and only one has been set to fix by the next version, but in any case, progress is good. I will just have to update them all if they aren't fixed... that'll stir it up.

Tear it up Rommel, those guys need to hear about this stuff, and keep hearing it till they fix it. This game is great, and the only one I play, but there are some issues for sure.

Yet another beta patch out! This time it's the AI that has got a polish.
Code:[60129] Fixed: AI subordinates now move faster (use less cover) to catch up when leader is way ahead of them. [60102] Fixed: AI subordinates should now respect formation more when moving in combat. [60101] Fixed: Group leader was often running far ahead alone in combat. [60092] Fixed: AI leader did not wait for a player to cover him when moving in combat.
