Re: Tg mod pack update
Arma Directory
Arma.exe locationCode:K:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2
ArmA.exe If you use the beta patch...Code:K:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2\arma2.exe
Should workCode:K:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2\beta\arma2.exe
EDIT: It's saying that I need EventHandlers or something...

Re: Tg mod pack update
You should be able to point Yoma to your Steam installation? Or doesn't that work?

Re: Tg mod pack update
Yeah, Browna, you need to put the link for the Community Base addons!
some of these addons in the Pack require it!!!

Re: Tg mod pack update
Apparently it doesn't work with the beta version of ArmA... so, I guess it's back to 1.4
If it needs that addon shouldn't it be included in the pack???
Also, where does this thing install to? It seems to put an exe in some obscure location....

Re: Tg mod pack update
@Cephei.
I haven't tried starting it yet. I'm still updating. But at least with my addon syncronization it includes CBA 0.1.3 :S
@OzyTheSage
Are you loading the beta folder as a mod in addition to starting the game with the beta EXE file? You have to tell Yoma to do that, or it won't load the beta folder.

Thanks Ozy, that seemed to have worked

Re: Tg mod pack update
Hmmm... Then I'm pretty clueless actually. But indeed it looks like the standard "can't load beta properly"-bug :S

Re: Tg mod pack update
Thanks for the effort with the documentaion Ink, its a great start however this process needs a much better tutorial and screenshots.
I am fairly good with PC's and things but this is complex.

Re: Tg mod pack update
I'm sure you can Sherman.
Sidenote: Didn't Yoma Tools cause conflicts with mission editing?

Re: Tg mod pack update
Works like a charm, Sherman. Almost everything can be found there.
@LowSpeed
Can't imagine how it'd cause conflicts with mission editing. Only thing I can think of is people stupidly starting the game with all addons launched causing a ton of dependencies in the mission, which is easily avoided. ^^

Re: Tg mod pack update
Yoma AddOn Sync tool is a very good way to distribute mod packs for the TG community, big thumbs up for using it.
For all users, Steam or otherwise, you can use AddOn Sync to keep the TG mod pack updated. You can also use AddOn Sync to connect to the servers by clicking "Connect to Server" and then "Launch Arma" button. Other buttons like "Who's Playing" are handy for player list and player count too.
My personal favorite: set up your own favorite mod combo pack (say perhaps you like a special gun-sight mod in addition to the TG mod pack? AddOn sync will scan your directory for mods and give you the option to create a favorite combination of mods you prefer).
EDIT: Seeing people are having trouble... don't give up yet guys.
