To all the TG Admin(s),

I wanted to say thanks for the last weekend and ALL the work we know you do behind the scenes. I "discovered" this site by accident.

I have enjoyed the last few days more than anything since I started playing LongBow 2 some years back online. This is an intense community and I wanted you to know that I enjoyed the process of the last weekend of testing SLX (and I don't care what you decide .. I enjoyed the effort).

This last few days of "fighting" have been more fun than I have had on my computer in years and I believe we owe much of that to you, to the instructors here at TG, and to the more experienced players here.

I am admittedly a new and inexperienced player but I have been made to feel welcome here.

I thought I would show you the newest member of out family here in Oregon. Yes, she is a dog!

This is what she looked like after watching me play for nearly ten hours on Friday night and Saturday. It was nappy time for her.

Her screen name will be "|TG| WarmPuppy" and she will be a K9 asset (of course after attending Infantry Training, becomes a Supporting Member, and getting a nod from Barnes and Dredge that she is "dependable" and can be relied on in a pinch. I think her addition as a K9 scout will improve over the current effort by crows who form arrows pointing at the man behind the sand bags). She is currently working her way through Dyslexi's Guide and has asked me to ask why there is no information on K9 operations.

Seriously, I hope you all have a good holiday season and a Great Christmas if you celebrate it. I hope your time with your family or significant other is not interrupted even in thought by worries about us.

Know that what you do here matters to many who come here to learn, play, shake off stress, have fun, or generally just fantasize in the midst of life (escape the mundane).
