    Old player returning from Hiatus

    I played quite a bit of ArmA2 but had to wipe it from my hardrive due to strange reasons. I still have ArmA2 in my steam account and it is uninstalled. I just recently bought OA, but held off installing it due to reading on the forums about Combined Operations. I was wondering what I should do with my two Steam games in this regards.

    I'm familiar with Yoma and such ways of installing mods, so just point me in the right direction as to what mods to install.

    Could someone also give me a list of servers TG has with the ArmA franchise, along with the required content for each.
    My Resume includes Pirate and Mercenary, what else do you want.

    TG Alpha ACE2 server (plays ArmA2 with @TGMaps, & ACE2)
    TG Alpha OA server (plays OA vanilla)
    TG Bravo OA test server (runs Combined Operations with ACE2, ACRE, CBA, JayArma2Lib, & @TGMaps)
    TG Charlie OA test server (runs Combined Operations with ACE2, ACRE, CBA, JayArma2Lib, & @TGMaps for test missions)

    If you copy your Arma 2 folder once installed into your Op Arrowhead folder once installed, then you will have by default Combined Arms.

    TG is currently using Combined arms OA+A2 content, We are using ACE mod, ACRE radio mod, and TG map pack
    We currently have the following server set up:
    A2 Alpha- ArmA2 + ACE & TG Maps
    OA Alpha- OA+A2 combined arms vanilla only
    OA Bravo- OA+A2 Combined arms + ACE+ ACRE+ TGMaps

    OA Alpha sometimes has a few people on it, but Bravo is the server frequently populated.

    use 2-2, 2-3 or 11-3 (or other launchers) for steam. As ACOG said, you can copy your A2 files into OA (or vice-versa) but don't expect steam to like it

    Alright, i have ArmA2 pasted into my OA folder, i have all the mods installed through Yoma, installed ACRE and enabled the plugins in TS3. I now have 4 different shortcuts, i was wondering which i should use.

    Theirs the Steam shortcut, Yoma's game launcher, ArmAOA-ACRE, and ArmAoA Combined Ops ACRE, can i just use Yoma and launch thru that.

    Btw, I've never used ACRE, can anyone explain to me what it is exactly.
