PASSWORD IS LOCATED
Information
Sunday the 15th of April will be Password Day on ALPHA.
PASSWORD IS LOCATED IN TS. CLICK ON THE ArmA2 CO [Alpha] Vanilla channel & read the password on the right side. Do not give out this password. Players must have access to the forums & TS3 to get this information.
Come join us for some action on Alpha without the pubbie wrangling that we do everyday on the vanilla server. We will play through known maps but the fun won't stop there. We will add some extra flavor with Emita City, an urban environment that holds many surprises. Look out for IEDs, OPFOR in buildings and if you make it through the mission use our special coupon code TGEmi15 for a free drink at Emita Stadium's cafe bar. We have a bunch of new fun missions to spice up your ArmA Sunday. It will be different, it will be fun! So spread the word and invite your friends.
This event is open to ALL players. Supporting Members will get preference.
We will be enforcing "dead men can't talk" rules. This means that if players are killed, they can't make death gurgle noises or any other sound that indicates their death. If you wish to talk please move to the seagull channel, or ask to be moved, as and an admin will move you.
Server Information: Server: "TacticalGamer.com ALPHA" Teamspeak Server IP: 74.52.1.234: 9988 Password: The server password is always given out on Teamspeak ONLY prior to the event.
Reminder that this is tomorrow everyone. With the password on we may run a few missions from Emita City so be sure to download & install TGAlpha. I believe the link for that is a sticky.
I had an excellent day playing for about 4-5 hrs early in day and then twice more in afternoon. Enjoyed playing the different maps and the company. Thanks to all that organized this event. Hope we can do it again soon and that I can spend as much time at it { if not more }. CHEERS!
I was only on a short time but these events seem to bear some fruit. I noticed several players that I haven’t seen around before and they were even in TS. Some of these new gamers took squad and FT leadership roles and did a fine job. We lost half our players when we went to Emita not surprising I guess. But everyone eventually figured out how to get Emita with some help from the admins and the show went on. I was on the fence about using anything other than what comes with the game on Alpha but even when 50% of the server is unprepared and have to quickly find and get the map it isn’t a long wait. I think the diversity of something different for old players and new players is a plus. Much thanks to all the admins for putting on the event and helping keep the action flowing.
Eight months later I finally received the reports from three peer-reviews on my latest manuscript with the University of Toronto Press. This will be my third book with the same press and the second...

Rage makes a great case for using the VR as a place for training as a sniper. Virtual training rooms for training in virtual warfare.

Bravo Microsoft, you have now surpassed EA in poor decisions and once and for all seized the crown for the worst 'Reveal' ever. That EA were standing there on the stage with you when you did it was...
