at a few times in the video the camera is out of focus and you can see the bullets from the sniper rifle as they arc towards their targets. Thought it was interesting because it shows that yes bullets really do drop quite a bit at range. The A-10 gun runs are pretty cool as well

I have seen this firefight (or maybe other fights in the same location) in a few videos. Definitely SF though, in previous videos you can see them working with ATV's.

    Re: Bullet Drop

The video said it was a sniper... Definitely a pretty long shot, from what it looks like. Must be at least a mile - according to the internets, the m24 sniper rifle has a muzzle velocity of 2,580 ft/s. The bullet is in the air for at least 3 seconds!

Anyway, that is why we use sight adjustments on Bravo. Also why we rarely engage anything with small arms over 600m...

Indeed that bullet drop is startling. The sound of that rifle is huge!

    Re: Bullet Drop

Found another excellent video that shows bullet-drop.

Look at time 3:56 mark to see the sniper fire a tracer round - and deflect off the side of a UAZ:
