Hey there guys, Concr3te reporting for duty here

I ordered ArmA yesterday. Probably gonna get it tomorrow. (I'm already trying on making custom faces haha)

I played OFP on and off for about a year but never online. I have been playing Arma since the US demo.

Are you active in any other games at TG?
No, but I am a BF2 and BF 2142 veteran.

Any interest in mission editing/scripting?
I would like to get into mission editing

Any real world Military experience?
3 years in the US Army from 2002-2005. E-4, 13P, MLRS Fire Direction Specialist. Spent 1 month in Kuwait and 14 months in Baghdad in support of OIF 1 and 2.

No, can not say that I have for the moment.

One year in basic -and specialist training [AT and CQB]. Courses/training in commanding infantry squads [sergeant 2001] and platoons [2nd Lieutenant 2002], but no officers academy. Active in the national guard / territorial army. Turned down a tour to Bosnia in 2001 due to other RL-commitments. :/

6 years in the Marine Corps. 0331 Heavy Machine Gunner, also a primary marksman instructor. Deployed to Iraq Summer 2005 in the Haditha/Hit corridor.

Hey all. I'd seen TG's server listed and had wanted to check it out, but was too lazy to actually get up and do anything about it :P Then after TG Switch dropped by our WCC server, I had to come by and say howdy and thanks. Great server and some good people. And Switch, I'd game with you just about anytime.

3. OFP/ARMA: Played OFP off and on since 2003, rarely online though.
Became more interested in OFP last year, especially in
servers running WGL and FDF. Since ArmA released, it's
my new addiction.

4. Other games: America's Army, BFV, BF2 and BF2142, CoD and CoD2,
and Red Orchestra are all favorites of mine. My two favs
now are STALKER and ArmA....but mostly ArmA

5. Mission Editing: I'm waiting for a few things to develop for ArmA, but when
they do, I want to start making islands. For now I dabble
on the editor and help test new missions.

6. Military: A very brief service in the US Army. Went in with a
Ranger contract, medically discharged just prior to
graduation. I was born to be a Ranger, just not built
to be one.

Hey guys... i've just found this site the other day, and thought id better introduce myself.

1.In-game Name: Namaan

2.Any group affiliation? : none, yet

3.Any experience with Armed Assault and/or Operation Flashpoint?: none with OFP, but played the demo of, and subsequently bought english version of ArmA, playing some of the single player missions to get used to the controls.

4.Are you active in any other games at TG?: not at TG, but play Americas Army, BF1942 and War Rock.

5.Any interest in mission editing/scripting? : Interested in learning, but no real skill with editing.

6.Any real world Military experience?: no, but i have a huge interest in military tactics and history.

as an aside... i have read most of the "required reading" posts and i am very much liking the ethos that TG encourages in the games.. not to mention the use of tactics and inter unit co-operation that i feel is absent from many online games.
