Any interest in mission editing/scripting? Medium editing skills. No scripting.
Any real world Military experience? Not really

Unfortunatelly i saw this thread after i posted a "hello post". 37 year old Swede from the capitol Stockholm. Awesome FPS played: Ghost Recon, R6 Raven Shield, OFP, ArmA and ARMA2. Also some combat flight sims: Falcon 4.0 AF, LOMAC and some DCS: Black Shark. Focused on A2 now though.

Have gone through most roles and are fairly good at them all, but prefer being on the ground assaulting with my team mates. Focus is on keeping the squad alive and not how many kills i can score.

With some internet upgrades over here i got a bit delayed. Was hoping to join you a bit earlier, but i should be saying hello very soon.

I'm not really 'new here' but I have never done one of these posts and didn't use the forums up until a week ago, so hi, I'm here now.

Nope.

3. Any experience with AA or OFP?
AA yes, back in the day. Same name. No longer own it or want to own it. A2 is much, much better.

4. Are you active in any other games at TG?
EVE Online: 'Michael Cerularius'. Project Reality.

5. Any interest in mission editing/scripting?
Yes, I dabble with the editor quite a lot. I can make some rudimentary scripted events but my attempts thusfar at helicopter insertions by AI at night on Namalsk have been incredibly buggy. I'll probably have more interest in this aspect of ARMA in the summer when I don't have assignments/midterms/exams to worry about.

6. Any real world Military experience?
Nope. Just books, documentaries and academic articles. Member in a local military institute so I read a fair amount on Defence and Strategic Studies.

Ive owned ArmA 2 since its release and played on and off, I have also played OFP and i liked that game a lot.

Not really

A little, I was in JROTC for 2 years and acheived the rank of Staff Sergeant Cadet. I have done alot with the national guard and other things.

My rank are in Finnish army "Assault Pioneer Sergeant" Especial city fights/ mine sweeps but no real action experience, only 1 year military service.

Any group affiliation? (Previous Clan) : I have been affilliated with a handful of clans. 106Aircav {106} on Rainbow 6 RVS; EliteBDA and original BDA Ebda on BF2, BF2142, GRAW 1+2, and COD4; TG of course on BF2, BF2142 and limited COD4; and for a short time 1st MSOB on COD4
Any experience with Armed Assault and/or Operation Flashpoint? limited to a game or two when Arma came out.
Are you active in any other games at TG? was active on BF2142 and BF2, but not so much anymore.
Any interest in mission editing/scripting? No
Any real world Military experience? Am currently a signal support systems specialist SSG with the US Army. Held the 13b (cannoneer crewmember or Field Artillery) MOS for about 7 years.

First and foremost, welcome to the TacticalGamer community.

Before jumping ingame, there is a few things you need to know. First of all, make sure you have read and understand our Server Rules and SOPs.

Talking about questions or concerns. If you encounter a problem, here on the forums or ingame, and you think it might be worth noticing the admin team, just report it in the appropriate Contact an Admin forums.

We have our own TeamSpeak server, and we strongly recommend players to be on during their game time (especially when it comes down to organized games/events) or simply to have a chat with the other folks. To get access to our TeamSpeak server just follow the instructions in the TeamSpeak section of the website.

Information to both of our ArmA servers can be found in the channel description of the "ArmA: Armed Assault" channel on the TeamSpeak server. Feel free to log on and hook up with the other players.
