On sunday pw night, I was in the squad run by Ferris and our mission the whole map was to defend East Tower on Mestina.

They tried everyting. Damn its been a long time ive had such an intense fight for one flag. They only got it once due to the fact that Ferris somehow was shot through the will in the panic room.
But else we paid for the flag in our blood. I remember Skud being a sniper for some time, keeping a position well ahead of us to the south spotting incoming squads that tried to wrestle the flag from us, but failed time and time again.
It was sometimes like being in an earthquake, when missile after missile hit the bunker, and they dropped nades and c4 on us like it was snowing.

So fellow comrades who's name I don't remember:

On the flipside our squad, Hambush ( we like to set Hambushes and throw Hamgrenades... best typo ever ) blew up every APC trying to make a run on west tower. We didn't fight you east tower jokers, but I commend your sensibility in staying away from our Hambushes. Good game on mestia!

P.S. I'm sorry to the guys I knifed and subsequently teabagged, I heard you spilled your beer

I was in that squad as well, and it was a pretty epic stand.

I think it was Nardini who was the forward sniper, and ended up with like 2x more kills than anyone else in the server.

I think the other two guys were broomish and turkish, but broomish was afk the whole time smoking down a coffin nail.

That was a great round! Sitting up in my little stand with 2-3 squads below me until someone decided to give my face an LAT. And my opinion of that medic gun has changed, man can you pray n' spray with that thing!

Well, in all honesty, nardini, you had that LAT coming cause u kept hitting me luckly there was a doc right beside me. I also took a shot in the dark. I just put the crosshairs to where ithough you were and i clicked spotted: Sniper, so i shot and blew ur ass out of the sky. Also, east tower has some nice defense. Although i killed your RP and we capped it 2 times because i got to the flag the first time and realized that there was a chair in the panic room and the second cause i was laying on the steps and some guy jumped the wall and i shot em quite a few times with the 249. Great round though.

You let one APC past which I RPGed from west tower. :P

I was in the squad with the black ops guys defending west tower and apart from one minor squad assualt and a few lone wolves attacks the round was very quiet for us.

Yeah my squad had West all round too. I started to feel bad as I was sighting my SVD at SL's. I got over it quick though.

But yes, although I didnt do much aside from being the spawn mole in the panic room, I had a hell of a time. There were several occasions when the whole squad was down except for me and I could hear the brits chucking grenades at me. I just kept throwing em down to the first floor and using the skorp to nail anyone who tried to climb up. Insane props to my squad though, they held off the entire brit team on several rushes, even snuck out and waxed the commander truck that the brits were spawning off of. Damn fine round gents, damn fine.

Actions like that allow me to have fun instead of squad-leading (which I'm good at, but don't particularly enjoy).

Fun = putting C4 and Mines on the main roads and ambushing convoys. Mmm Mmm, Bizon SMG.

I'd use Sam Adams to wash the dog... if I had a dog. Every time you spill a Guinness the world slows a bit. Be careful out there.
