Christmas Night Password Session.
WOW...I had some really good times tonight.
For all of you who didn't know, we were overrun by immature players that broke ALOT of rules ALL the time. So I remedied the situation by hosting a "Christmas Password Night". The playing atmosphere changed 10 fold. Ejod:(Both times) While it is extremely difficult for the USMC to get the upperhand, I think that we held our own. Those G3's are freaking monsters . The battle for East city was ferocious and the rooftop engagements were stellar.Helmand Province: Probably the best round of Helmand I have ever played. Phenomenal teamwork and cooridination by the USMC. Insurgents held there own also. They constantly held the roofs spotting us from a distant and I had to warn my squad on numerous occasions not to fall into an ambush when in pursuit of and arrest. I think that this map played out extremely well with the low numbers we had. Qwai: Everyone CTD'd Assault on Mestia: Who new the 32 player version only had 100 tickets each? This map was lost before it even started ![]() Basrah: Since we had a Gentleman's Agreement on not capping VCP and destroying Bridges...this map played out really well. The brits were always in the city searching for caches while the insurgents were guarding them extremely well. We even managed to take out 3 APC's in 1 min. OGT: This was fun but ended way to quickly. The Brit's ended up capping both North and South Bridges very quickly while I led a small contingent to Trenches to neutralize that flag. I think that this would have been a really close hard fought battle if this did not happen. Again, thanks for everyone showing up. I had a blast and I am sure most of you did as well. Like I said before, I would rather have a small amount of people using tactics and teamwork than have a full server with a bunch of people running around acting like smacktards! Dirt |

I played it a couple of times and its far more enjoyable for the Insurgents and British are forced into the city instead of being 1337 solo snipers/IFVs in the desert picking off people... |
