AAR 1/15 POE - Port Yalta: A Lesson On Bleed
PreambleOn this night, I was with Charlie squad. It was lead by the 12th's Troublesome4u and consisted of SWAT12447, Diplomatrix, American_housecar, marine1069, and myself. Too SlowThe USMC was slow to take to the field and the initial rush to Commercial Centre was lost to UKR. Our SL then directed us to wrest control and secure the flag. The UKR brought all armor and troops forward making the assault a stand still. The SL wanted to get bleed on UKR, so we attempted to bypass the Centre in favor of capturing Power Lines. In our attempts to reach Power Lines, Charlie was able exploit UKR's position and cap the Centre flag. With the UKR forces now rushing to retake the Centre, the SL set off for Power Lines Power LinesThe rest of Charlie remained at Commercial Centre to stiffen its defense. Once down, we spawned on the SL at the Power Lines flag and flipped it. We then set up a forward defense mining the road leading out of the UKR base. The UKR armor was penned in, but the force already on the field was able to retake Commercial Centre. With the Centre under UKR's control, the UKR force then flanked our position at Power Lines and retook that flag as well. We're Losing On BleedThe SL decided to once again take the Centre and fight a defensive battle to control bleed. The UKR, having just moved their forces back to Power Lines, was easily defeated at Commercial Centre. Stiff resistance was met on the Northeast as their armor tried to push in. The armor was taken down and Charlie began a defensive stand in the parking lot overlooking Power Lines from the Southeast. We Have Bleed! At this time, the tickets were 40-100 in UKR's favor. We fought conservatively never pushing, trying to let bleed and medics keep us in the fight. The initial bleed UKR put on USMC proved too much as the round ended 0-19. Shameless ContentScorecard
