    April 3 on Jabal

Damn, guys, that's the best password night I've had in a while. Magnus ran an awesome squad on the USMC side (even if he was on the phone for the latter third), and PHILIP and I were pulling off some pretty awesome manuevers as far as covert demolitions go. Also, tweaky, that was some slick, slick Huey flying.

Also, that was an insane defense at west beach, whoever was on the MEC. I don't think I've seen quite that many vodniks being used for defense at a given time, yikes!

Man, so many highlights from that round, but I'll just choose one. At one point in the match, the MEC had West beach defended with a bunker, three or four vodniks, and a ton of infantry, and they were doing a bang up job of blasting our guys on the mountains. I ended up sneaking around from the far north as an engineer, planning to sneak up on a vodnik and kill the gunner. In doing so, I asked for my squad to keep the MEC's attention in their direction. I had to flank wide, but the enemy was always focused on the hill (and later, a boat in the water).

This gave me ample time to sneak up, but in doing so I saw the bunker. So, change of plans: I snuck right under the nose of a vodnik gunner and planted C4 on the bunker. Five seconds later, the bunker, most of the adjavent vodniks, and all the infantry in the vicinity were down.

The best part is that crazy crap like that was happening the ENTIRE match. That was absolutely FANTASTIC teamwork guys.

    Re: April 3 on Jabal

That was a great move, and it really shook us up and caused a bit of confusion for us MEC guys at West beach. I know it freaked me out because i was in the pill box in front of the bunker with the H-AT kit, and right after you blew it up i was just crouching in the corner and saying "there's no place like home, there's no place like home."

The beginning was a bit confusing and fun, the USMC definitely had the advantage the whole round in my opinion however I was able to test some LAT and H-At strategies and have some good scope use with the scoped rifleman kit.

Not to be selfish but I shot out a huey pilot i think or a crewman with the HAT at east beach in the beginning, watched the copter go right down, not blow up, then reloaded after someone in my squad said they were fixing it, and blew it up and saw 2 bodies catch some air. And then a few mins later doing the same thing on a huey trying to land and watching the pilot jerking it to the left and flipping over/killing some guys who were trying to set a rally.

MEC L-AT is also a force to be reckoned with espcially on an injured APC, hit the apc on the sides or the back and it will go ka-boom!

And then while using H-AT at west beach there was an apc at east going up the hills on that side, and I saw it just for a second (i think it was 500m away, don't know for sure maybe more maybe less) and somehow i curved the rocket as if i was throwing a curve ball and "BAM" Bingo, APC down. Best long range shot ever with any weapon in PR. Too bad it was a 1 man apc, but that goes to show why 1 man apc's don't work.

It was fun, I only wish that some squads were more organized/bent on helping the team than doing their own thing and not setting rallies, but oh well.

It was a lot of fun, and I have a new added respect for jabal.

Jabal was a lot of fun. The 10th was at west beach with Nardini, Randy and others. It was a very tough battle!
