Hooha to my squad among which mp40 wargasm and our CO who put a lot of CAS at my disposal. Didnt have so much fun on PR in a long time.
I was squadleading and we waterdropped between bridge and North rock fortification. We first cleared out North rock and a firebase we tripped over at trenches.
For the rest of the round we held the hill with the help of CAS and 50 cal emplacements, losing it briefly once though, but winning it back quickly as our co directed all CAS on the hill untill we got it.
Finally we airlifted to the main where the game ended.

Didnt have such an intense round in a long time.

I think you were there o.O, it was like 2 hours ago. I think on the next map you got dissed for something.

That was an excellent round. The CAS was extremely effective. Nice job squad leading Kilgore. We had a disciplined squad that covered all the approaches.

Sure was, really fun. Yes CAS really safed the day for us.
They got so much fire from that Hill, it wasnt funny. The 50 cals helped a bit too. I watched the replay, how did you guys spot stuff hundreds of meters away through the bushes without zoom ?
Our squad must have racked up over 50 kills with the directed CAS on top of it. They wanted that hill back badly. Must be because being a lone squad we were considered a soft target.

Was that the round where the flags were North Rock, South Rock, and Bridge?

Not sure, North rock was the flag my squad held, the one west of bridge, just south of the trenches, the other flag was at the very north of the airport, so I do not think it is called south rock. The game ended with the PLA running out of tickets when we assaulted their main.
