Heh i dont remember dog fighting once in that entire round. It was nice when we had yalls airfield and all id have to do is go a short distance to bomb the base just south of the airfield, and then go back a bit to get rearmed quickly.

Of the 231 points you got last night I'm betting 50 of them were from killing me...
My only defense was the mounted MG on the buggy but that only took you out once.
Nice flying, don't do it anymore

Yeah it was operation clean sweep. We had no air at all, he just kept bombing and bombing and bombing. It really sucked. Must say I don't get how people are so good with those things though. I can't fly crap for ****.

I figured it out. I practiced on Kubra dam one night by myself. I even found that if approached right, you don't need to drop your speed at all. What I do is I have a joystick that has a hat control on it. I set the hat control for different viewing angles. One angle is for the view that shows you looking at the front of the jet so you can see what's behind you. I come in for a bombing run and when I drop the bombs, I pull up and switch to that view. This allows me to see if the bombs actually hit where I am trying to put them. Practice on bridges, etc. It also helps if you give yourself an attack point to follow. Once you see where your bombs land, you know how to adjust your release times, etc. It does take some practice but is definitely time well spent. Originally Posted by AntiVisual
On operation clean sweep the F-15 has that cluster of like 5 bombs. You can rack up some serious damage with that thing with just an average pilot. Having that amount of bombs tends to be more forgiving. But if you have a very skilled pilot, well, you are pretty much screwed no matter how you look at it. I've heard Santa is an excellent pilot, which is probably why he had the kills he had...average pilots just don't do that much damage

I discovered last night that my overall impression of both Santa and Cymba gets significantly better when they're on my squad/team, i.e. NOT raining down the death on my people.

YES! At last I can find someone who agrees with me. We all hate Santa, unless he's on our team that is, then I love him. On Operation Clean Sweap, I was in Brennus's squad defending the third base down from the MEC main base, and the guy just kept hovering over and over shooting and bombing the **** out of us. Brennus managed to shoot him down once, but he got up seconds later and started the process over again. We got lucky that he was flying the F-18, I don't know what he could do with the F-15.
