Discussion: Battlefield 2 / Battlefield 2 - After Action Reports - Leading by Example - I wanted to take a moment to give a big "Thumbs Up" to the TG
I wanted to take a moment to give a big "Thumbs Up" to the TG members who played on the 64 man server Monday night. As the squad Leader of one of the USMC squads, the example you guys gave of proper play and tactics made my job A more rewarding experience!
In one instance, I noticed a heavy concentration of enemy coming from around a building and attacking my squad from behind, inflicting heavy casualties. Most of the attackers had TG tags. It didnt take long for me to realize they had set up a spawn and were using command and coordination to keep the heat on while other members were attacking our flag. I quickly jumped into a vehicle and manned the HMG and begin to lay cover fire on the threat. After alerting my squad to what I had discovered, we were able to repel the attack and then clear them out. I quickly employed the same tactic they had used and we had the most intense firefight I have been in since playing this game.
I for one appreciate the TG guys setting the example that encourage us "visitors" to ramp up the level of our play and tactics!
As a side note....when I was unable to later rejoin the server due to it being full, I was forced to play on an official EA server again. I HATED IT!! Dropped out as I had no desire to play. If it 'aint TG...I 'aint Playing!!
