CO Feedback
Since I find myself in the CO chair more than walking the streets, I was just wanting some feedback on my COing. I know my biggest thing is air support, although I learned quite a bit tonight. I generally don't manage them that much, but I must say the helo squad and air squad were invaluable and always attentive tonight. What is everyones feelings on using V vs B. I normally use V because well its what I first used and I like to convey strategy to the group. Although tonight I used the B alot for if I need to talk to a squad for a longer length of time.
I have analyzed what I have done as a CO and I am a slow build player, I don't expand as much as I probably could. Some things I like. I like how alot of the squads have focused on the defense aspect and follow through with it. I like small utility squads, 3-4 man that can fit in a buggy or 2. Specialized air squads. Oh well if you have any feedback PLEASE leave it. az |

Re: CO Feedback
Ya did good.
Check out this thread: http://www.tacticalgamer.com/showpos...8&postcount=30 Remember that less is more with comms. No extra words. And also, do this to order air strikes from the jet squad:

Re: CO Feedback
Yesterday I decided to do some squad leading...I usually leave it to the pros but it seemed to me there are less to go around latley.
You were my first conmmander as SL for 3 maps lastnight...I thought you did super, perfect communications, focused objectives, no urge to whack a mole and good overall stragtegy. I was leading squad 3 on Oman, Daqing oilfields and Zatar. We mainly worked defence but I think the guys had a really good time. Notable was Daqing defence on that western base with all the towers. It's like defending swiss cheese but our squad did really well, dark viper was on fire. We had 2 squads attacking for a good portion of the game, Trills and Ragged squads I believe. Who says defence isn't fun...when you have TG squads attacking it's a blast. Considering I had a positive experience I might try SL again.
