Ha. I probably tried to steal your ammo pack, I spent all of Karkand running around trying to get ammo. I love the G3, but it just burns through ammo so quickly. Or maybe I'm just too good at killing people with it.

Most fun I've had on Karkand in a while. It was a target rich environment.

Yeah, definitely. There were several names on that I hadn't seen before. 'Benefited' might be a strong word, though

I was on the USMC side, and MAN we were getting pummeled from above. Our air support was basically useless. I saw StrikeFear join our team for a bit, and I was hella relieved, but then he switched over and things just got worse...

The CO (Bean6) was yelling at me (I was SL for #3) because I wasn't attacking flags -- we were, but we'd get blasted before we got anywhere near them. My squad was mad, I was mad, the CO was mad... it wasn't a good scene.

Something happened about half-way through the map, because we owned the first 30 minutes pretty easily.

Regardless of the outcome, I was happy with my squad's efforts. Thanks to Ranger, D.U.G., AbeRioGunman, nex911, Malv and... the others who I can't remember

When do you know things are really in full swing? When you finally get up to a CP and there are bodies everywhere, falling from rooftops and behind walls, smoke grenades popping all over. This mod makes for serious action, that's for sure.

This is so much fun, we should be doing it more than once a week.

I liked to idea of AAS, but in practice its not as fun as I thought it would be. By forcing the action to two flags the game becomes very one-dimensional in my opinion, no real defensive action just a constant stream of attacks. It wouldn't bother me so much apart from the fact that I was going to jump on server #1 yesterday at around 8pm PST but there was only 40 people on and everyone I wanted to play with was playing a game I didn't want to play.

Is AAS where most of the SM's are going to be spending their monday nights?

Monday nights the SM's get together on the private server for Monday Night Mayhem. We were doing this before the AAS mod. It is an intense battle with no CO,air etc.. We have been tweeking the AAS mod. You get a chance join us on Mondays.

Yeah that was me on Clean Sweep. And to think all the times I put enemies in the dirt for you to pick off on Karkand! Sorry about those 2 TKs, the cone of inaccuracy really is huge on the support gun and I just started playing it.

And that was a great comeback under Sassy in Marstein's squad on server #1 last night. Sorry I called you Sissy for like the ENTIRE next map on accident.

Why is it that I am so damn easy to knife? I either got knifed or shock-paddled at least 8 times last night. Every damn time I try it the person turns around and puts a bullet in my head!

It seems playing support really promotes getting sniped, knifed and shock-paddled quite a bit, but when I'm MEC you'll have to pry the support rifle from my cold dead hands (which is quite often considering I'm always getting sniped or knife when I play with it).
