Re: Wake and Oman PW Games, Wed 11/02/2006 ~9-11pm EST
Yeah -- was a supremely good round at Oman. For the record, I was booted while CO'ing, straight to the desktop.. But marvelous job picking it up, Asch. Then we had a rip-roaring good time defending at the beach. Great teamwork from the 2nds..Represent in the scrim!

Re: Wake and Oman PW Games, Wed 11/02/2006 ~9-11pm EST
Oman was fun and Karkand was fun right after that one too
![]() My sqaud during Oman kept them down most of the game from far right beach flag and got best sqaud also. At the end the USMC only had the Hotel and the 2nd were defending the entire beach beside the far right flag. I had my sqaud split in fireteams 3 at construction sight and 3 at the far right flag with almost the entire USMC force spawning at the hotel. We manned 3 APCs and made a semi circle around and suppressed fire on them. Eventually they just gave up and couldn't penetrate the insanity of the Leeth. Was a very good match. I wasn't that impressed with Wake and scared a few people away. We had every sqaud assaulting the Airstrip besides mine who were making break efforts behind the flag but were stopped by another well-placed sqaud(s) with the help of their commander. I decided to push on the airstrip and my sqaud brought the flag down and finally the rest of the team pushed in. I didn't find it that hard to be honest..so the rest of the Chinese team during Wake fails at BF2. Oh well..Oman was better and so was Karkand so it ended up to be a good night afterwards. |
