Props to my squad. We received top squad for karkand 2 and daqing(I left during zatar), by 150 points or more. Great teamwork. I would love to play with you guys in a squad again.

Mishkan: It was great playing with you in the tank during karkand. Sadly, we died once, ruining our shutout.

Re: Daqing, Karkand, Karkand 2, and Zatar 11/11 4-7:30 PM EST

i joined the server RIGHT as the 16 player Karkand was ending and 32 player Daqing was starting. i hopped in the CO chair for US and i'm becoming more comfortable with it. right away i made sure the squad heading to the Chinese UCB was only going to blow up assets. there were only two full squads on US, and again one of them had the SL in the attack chopper and i told him to get out if he was going to lead. also had 4 or 5 "army of one" squads with just one guy, heh. i tried getting them to combine but didn't seem to have much luck with that.

i attribute the US win to the tenacity of our team, and not my leadership (though i did try to keep elmerfudd's tank healthy with a constant stream of supply crates!). just to give you some idea of how things were unwieldy, i NEVER ordered any squads to take the center cisterns, since i just wanted China to mass there and i'd smack 'em with arty and then throw up the UAV as the survivors marched towards the Refinery to their certain doom. but how many times did the cisterns change hands? tsk tsk...

it's certainly fun commanding, but i'm ready to do it on password night where the reigns can be held a little tighter. perhaps saturday night!!!
