1/27 Abra's League

Great games to the US side tonight on Abra's League. We played 16 vs 16 tonight and before the match met up with some of the other players on the US side to set up tactics. The Irregulars + 96th defended the Construction Site to begin while the 42nd broke out to the Reactor Towers to cap the first flag. Rico then grabbed the Attack Chopper which allowed the Chineese quick support for most of the flags.

The Construction site was under heavy attack and the Irregulars and the 96th bled the Chineese very effectively. The 42nd moved to the Power Plant which was largely undefended. Between these three flags the US began to bleed the Chineese. The Chineese had too many men at the City Entrance for us to take it, and the US effectively defended the other three flags to create a substantial bleed. Apart from a 3 minute patch where the Chineese quick overran a couple key flags, the US held bleed for the majority of the round.

The Chineese did make a major offensive when they grabbed 3 flags putting the US on major bleed. The risk was that the US had to recap another flag without losing their one flag for danger of losing their ability to spawn. After that struggle, we did grab back bleed with leaving the Chineese with the Reactor Tower.

Overall a lot of fun and quick props to Squid, Fuzzy, Leonidas, RicoNoSuave and FPS Douglas in squad as well as to Sepyk, JimmyTwoHand, Kin 3, Seforest, Phil 21 and Chappie who rounded out the US side.

Great Games!

Great rounds guys. As an AT, you medics made it possible for me to take risky shots at armour without a second thougth. One thing I learned tho, if an AT has great medics in a squad, they really, really, really need a support guy. Awesome games!

Hey guys,

Yea that was alot of fun last night!! Really had a great time. The game seemed much more intense than the rounds on server 1 usually are.

Looking forward to being there again.

Re: 1/27 Abra's League

I had a real blast. The quality of play is a step up from server 1 and i cant understand why more people arent getting in on this. The fight at the construction site was really intense and seemed touch and go at a couple of points but the pregame organisation seemed to help a lot. Well done all on making this another quality game.
