John,
Great pics! Do you have any from ArmA??"Don't tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results." Gen. George Patton

Re: Battlefield Photography / 1stMIP Operations / June 2007
Thanks gentlemen. These were probably the last BF2 screens we are going to post. 1stMIP is not coming back to BF2...
Two years... We shared many great moments with you all. These memories and AARs will always be remembered fondly. Tactical Mod revolution, PoE2 and amazing...simply amazing Project Reality.
We are wishing best for TG BF2 community !
@Bc2ID,
I will continue photography in ArmA but after seeing the work of some of the masters in the field (especially Parvus) one feels ... bad... and thinks twice before posting a shot

Re: Battlefield Photography / 1stMIP Operations / June 2007
Well John, you and your boys will be missed dearly. I will continue to look for your squad in ArmA. The battlefield will definately be missing a certain element from here on out. I wish you all the best and also offer my gratitude for assisting me in learning the ropes of PR. Please don't be mad if I "accidently" TK Jeepo, because he started it....
But serioulsy this community certainly owes you all a round of applause for your hightened teamplay and for maintaining the highest standards of gamesmanship.

Leadership and presence of 6th will silence the echoes of 1stMIP fire teams in the valleys of Jabal and erase their footprints on the muddy forest grounds of Ghost Train.
It was our pleasure to serve with you guys and we will also miss you. You know where to find us though

Re: Battlefield Photography / 1stMIP Operations / June 2007
See, now you're just going to make me have to play buggy ol' ArmA so I can come in and experience the old pleasures like getting TKed by Jeepo.
On a serious note and on behalf of the guys in the 6th, you guys leave some mighty big shoes to fill. Through a steady vigil we will try, but your mark will never be forgotten. Many thanks for the compliment John. We may not see you in BF2, but we'll still see you on the field of battle.
So this isnt goodbye, but salutations none the less!
Three Cheers for the 1st Mechanized Infantry Platoon!

Good photos there, sorry to hear you guys are going AWOL !
I thought all the arma absentees might return in time because its only co-op. Guess I might give the demo a try and see what the fuss is about
