Fallen 9-10 late Germany

Just wanted to throw out quick props to those in squad MISSED!!!! for their solid performance on Fallen. Our squad took the North Cabin early and after a solid defense at the beginning we moved towards the trenches. When it became apparent that we weren't able to get more then one guy at a time on the flag we actually split between the Trenches and Crash Site to attack the South Cabin apparently dragging defenders from the Trenches with us. It was one of the coolest moves of the night for our squad even though we didn't take that flag. For the rest of the round we did bounce between the Lumbermill and South Cabin delivering heavy punishment where ever we were at.

Great medic work from Doobster, Melee and [GN]Gamecrazy. Bloodline and Sammich were solid as support and Whiskey Six snuck into the squad at the end for some fun at the Lumbermill.

Outstanding round and thanks again!

I was playing Ukraine for that round and distinctly remember tangling with you guys at Lumbermill. Especially frustrating is trying to defend that place when it seems like you are surrounded...even hiding in the mill itself couldn't provide enough cover. Man, bullets were flying everywhere. lol

In any case, one of these days Lucky I'm going to have to just follow you around a map and see how you manage that outstanding k/d. I think you had something like 45/5.

Kudos to Project who lead our squad since I thought we got the job done. I would also note that UKR actually won this round.

Surround yourself with good medics like I had the advantage of this round. Follow the tips in the How to do well on Fallen thread or even download the battlefield recorder and watch. You don't have the map to see who is where, or the advantage of the minimap to see the spotting by the squad (Which was top notch) but you can see it in the movements of the squad.

Good medics are essential for sure. I believe I was the only one in our squad which didn't help at times.

Anyhow it was definitely a fun round.

Re: Fallen 9-10 late Germany

I have to give props to your squad defending North Cabin on that round. I came into the game late as a medic and joined one of the sqauds attacking (or should I say rushing in and dying). You may want to add a point to your tips that states "There is nothing harder on an opposing medic than being ridiculed in chat as you watch him through your scope try to frantically revive the entire opposing squad that has just been killed". Seriously, thanks for all the time you put into posting tips and tactical videos. For all of us that pay attention, it helps us become better players. +rep

I don't remember anyone making fun of a medic on the other side although I do remember saying "Hey" to the TOC guys who hopped into the server and also saw Project talk about whether he was a tree or not. Hopefully anything said was good natured which is what I think your hinting at. Either way, sharing insights only helps everyone get better. Thanks for the rep! If you came in late to this game, that wasn't us at the North Cabin we were on the West Side by the South Cabin or Lumbermill after the 5 minute mark into the game.

The medic taunt was only meant as a joke. I did not mean to imply anyone said anything becuase they did not. The attack was just one dead end after another. I may have this round confused with another in the last few days but I was pretty sure it was your gang up there. At any rate someone was practicing the defense tactics you posted over the last few weeks and they were highly effective.

I think you're meaning the games from Tuesday night You and I and Whiskey were in the same squad, and you did an incredible job as Medic.

Re: Fallen 9-10 late Germany

That was a great round, Lucky. I always enjoy playing medic on Fallen. It really is key to the squad's survival...and all the revives boost my score, making me look better than I am.

I also noticed your incredible k/d ratio. Just a matter of being a good SL and staying out of the middle of the firefight. Stay on the periphery and pick 'em off. And if you do go down I'm there with the revive!
