Want to thank the guys in my Atk Heli squad for 9-27-7 Kashan: GenMafia, Mazawakhan, and Carlos Mancuso (others came and went...thanks to them too). Mafia was a great gunner and Mazawakhan was very supportive of us even though he didn't get much flight time in because of smacktards on the tarmac. Mancuso helped out in anyway he could and stepped aside when we needed to fly...good squaddie. And if you are thinking this is a feel good/loser post we got best squad that round (though our team got beat pretty bad). We did great in the air (woulda been up much longer except for an unintentional collision with the apache...we were MEC squad in the Mi-28...no hard feelings to the other pilot...it was really a mutual screw up).

One observation I can make from this particular round: look at your map and attack the attack markers! This is a GAME!...you will not actually DIE! (barring some freak accident where the ineffecient BF2 code overheats your comp and burns down your house or feedbacks a lethal shock through your kb/mouse) BE AGRESSIVE sometimes. I don't think we held a bunker cp more than 5 minutes the whole round. The commander was doing his best but we failed pretty bad overall as a team. No one was getting on those bunkers. Now maybe it was really bad on the ground and they were getting chewed up by armor, but I swear it took a half hour for any serious squads to get on that south bunker. Mafia and myself held it for five minutes before being cleared out...we were trying to help out while waiting for the helis to spawn. There were only two of us in there...if a good infantry squad had come in with us we could have had a very different game.
