"REPORTING" reminder...
Guys, I just want to remind you all to use the "REPORTING" format to mark trouble players on the new FH2 server. For those of you who might be new to the format, it's simple. Type something like this into global chat:
|YouGottaCallit| -> "REPORTING ((NaughtyPlayer)) for ((WhateverHeDidWrong))."
That's it. It's easy. Benefits include:
1. Jumps out at admins during furious live action. We focus on this tag like mad.
2. Lets the naughtyplayer in on what we consider naughty, and that we noticed...
3. Lets new players in on a simple way to be a force for justice, truth, and all that stuff.
This angle is crucial to getting a new playerbase on board, guys.
4. Makes an admin's unenviable task of scanning chat logs for trouble far, far easier.
It's important to do this. There were only 4 "REPORTS" made on our first full day, and 12 on Sunday. That's right, TG faithful: FOUR and TWELVE. That is not enough to get the job done.
Also: I want to encourage EVERYONE to make use of TeamSpeak to get admins for help. This resource is currently quite underused amongst the FH2 population. I was on TS for a good part of the weekend. I can count on one hand the number of different players who summoned me for help. Concerning the times I was asked for help, 2 guys shouldered the vast majority of the load. (Thanks, Broomish and Ikonic.) Help them out. Help us all out.
I think we're on the way to a good launch with a good game here, but we need your help. Admins all over the BF2 map will bend over backwards to fix any problems. Let's do it together.OPS, the bacon is on you.

Re: "REPORTING" reminder...
I'll second the plug for TeamSpeak. It's a great way to get the Admin's attention, not to mention it is a free and easy to communicate with the TG community between rounds.

Also, don't just report when you are the victim of an infraction if you notice someone on your team is a bunny hopper ,for example, it's easier to get their name on the same team.
