Deployable spawn 'beacons'

I know it doesn't apply to all maps, but Tanks like the Matilda, Sherman, Panzer IVs have 4 additional seats for infantry and you only have to worry about AT guns (which your squad or the tanker should have taken care of) and any armor - its better than having the SL get killed on foot.

I like Whiskey's Idea of the NCO only having 1 'beacon/rally' to drop, in PR you get a lot of temporary rally points, and if 1 gets estroyed you can set another up no problem. Only having 1 would mean people are much more careful.
