Yeah but I didn't like that as much for some reason. I think there should be a better distinction between sniper/spec ops so they specs can get more toys.

To answer the OP not 08 or really 09, maybe xmas 09 I think they will release a proper nextgen sequel

Thought we might hear something at the GC held in Germany last week. Wondering if BF3 is even in the works.

Maybe and probably BF3 is going to utilize Direct-X 10.

But then again, How would they cater for Mac's..

Maybe somebody will release a Direct-X patch for Windows XP like they did with Halo 3 for Windows Vista.

bf3 will be dx9.1 like bad company was imo unless ms pay ea to be difficult. The engine is dx9.1 unless they totally change it right
