Re: What do you think should be improved for the final version?

A list that good should have had its own thread.

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Root: Welcome to TG. Feel free to punctuate your sentences correctly. Monkerz: Its gonna take all my skills to beat those boys off in the future.

Jesus, asch. The professional appearance of that list alone -- nevermind the well-thought-out content -- would make me seek out TG to learn what it is.

Great job, man.

Re: What do you think should be improved for the final version?

I should have organized it better. My real life job is analyzing and documenting. I ended up being fairly lazy with it since I didn't go into more examples. I was also doing a little TG pimping in the thread... just a little.

Re: What do you think should be improved for the final version?

I'd like the commander to be able to sketch on his "command view" and the squad leaders to be able to see it on their minimaps and capslock view.

This would allow for a pregame chalk talk between commanders and squadleaders with a visual element to help everyone get on the same page.

It would be ideal if squad leaders and squadies could do this as well (possibly holding down alt? gives you a mouse cusor so you can draw on the minimap, and everyone in your squad can see it)

This is a feature from guild wars, and I think it's pretty cool.

I'd like to make it so that only people in squads can do mutiny votes.
