i was on the gamespy forums, browsing the threads, looking for ANY hints on where i could find servers with mature players that stressed teamplay........LOOKS LIKE I GOT LUCKY!!!! somebody made a thread, asking where those types of servers could be found, and somebody listed your server ip and website.....glad they did.

is there a list of commands somewhere online i could peruse? or is it in my program files as an html or pdf page?

lol, i need to really study all the different commands....they make cs look rudimentary by comparison!

CounterStrike IS rudimentary by comparison :P. If you need help with anything just talk to one of us ingame on the server, we dont mind explaining things when it means one less person going "duhhhhhhh teh plaen goeth boomers wen heit teh trea!?!!??".

hahahaha, roger that. i checked last night and my mic works, so i'll definitely give a holler if i get stuck. would anyone recommend that i set up my own private server by myself to practice flying the heli and the fighters?

Hadn't thought about that, but it might be a good idea when one thinks about all of angry pubbies who will scream when you crash the chopper in a huge game. We may password lock the server for a couple of hours one day and let people learn what they need to improve in. Password will of course be on the forums if that ever happens.

Let's face it, we got a smoking hot BF2 server running.
I too agree that the exposure is a good thing, and upping membership is important.

With all the new membership it generates, hopefully we could set up a second BF2 server that is private.

Lets just say your lack of piloting skills isn't very uncommon. What is uncommon is that you acknowledge that your skills need improvement...unlike joey mcdeath who figures that the five guys in his black hawk wont mind if he tries to pull off a barrel roll...

Another option for the TG night:

Do the first few late in the evening, around 10PM eastern.

Let the server fill up. Let squads (some TG, some not) form and get cozy.

Then, with a few minutes left in a round, start absolutely spamming global chat with a notification that the NEXT GAME will be passworded, and that the password is posted in the forums at TacticalGamer.com. Squad leaders encourage their squad to go get the password and return.

That should bring people here rather effectively.
