Hey, i'm new.

First..just stumbled onto one of your servers and noticed that all the weapons are unlocked. THIS is one of the biggest reasons I play on your guys server...I think the Ranking system is utterly stupid. In a couple months EVERYONE will be running around at the highest rank, so what's the point? Let us use the weapons now I say! And that's what I love about the TG server. That and there is always a lot of teamwork.

I HAVE noticed there are still alot of people who don't join squads...why is that? Don't you want to win?

Is there anyway the server can enforce squad joining? Is that even possible?

Our servers automatically kick from the server any squadless player when he dies.

During the last 72 hours, we've been working out problems with the mod, but it's up and running now.

Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. To me too. There was chatter of doing this on the private server, but to my knowledge, not even that has been implemented.

Ok, now i'm really confused. :P

I was on TacticalGamer #1 like..last night or the night before and I could select between multiple weapons per kit....

Are you sure it wasn't tacticalgamerz.com? I know they allow all the game's weapons. I haven't noticed them getting dropped from the server listings either.

You might be thinking of "tacticalgamerz". I saw a post on PBF yesterday that they were unlocking the weapons in spite of EA's resistance.

Edit: RandomGuy beat me to it. Yeah, I think you're right.

All tho..I still like the fact that some servers are unlocking weapons...I can't stand EA and the Rank system.

Tactical Gamer (TacticalGamer.com BF2) public servers will not have the weapons unlocked at this time, however the admins are considering this option on the private server for our supporting members.

As for enforcing squad play, we have a functioning mod that will kick squadless players upon dying. It's still a work in progress as we iron out some things, but it should be in place on the servers.

And welcome to Tactical Gamer (no Z here)... the last place you'll even play online games!
