Thumbs up Thank you TG community !

I had the chance to play in TG servers a couple of times and I am very impressed with the level of teamwork.

Every single game I played on TG servers so far was great fun. Concepts like teamwork, support, communication and coordination find their true meaning here...

Thank you all for making this possible.

My special thanks to some of the members whom I worked closely in squads

Yeah, CANavar is a great Squad leader, I always try and get onto C-Team whenever I can. He runs his squad like a well oiled machine, even has us running and switching formations, like Line and Column!

Sometimes when you look on the map the only flags our team has are the ones we're holding.

I gotta ask Canavar, are u ex-military or something ?

Re: Thank you TG community !

It is very nice to see feelings are mutual folks

Thanks for the compliments Cymba... Without the cooperation and skill of players like you, C-Team would terribly fail.

I am not a military but my job requires very systematic, organized and well-planned approach. In fact, that's how I prefer to do things in life, even gaming

I was really looking forward to a concept like "squads" in battlefield series and when we finally got it I started to think "how we players can improve this system for a better coordination and organization?"

every day, before or after I play BF2, I take notes and try to find a very simple but efficient way to command a squad. "simple" is the keyword here I try not to forget (I still have a long way to go).

For me, primary objective of the game is to feel the team-spirit, that we tried something together regardless of what was the consequence (win or lose) or score. I can have great fun and satisfaction without firing a single shot as long as I feel myself as a part of an organized team. I also want to stress that it really doesn't make a difference how I serve, I can be a squad leader or member.

I want to be a part of a squad in which members trust the leader and follows the orders to the letter without worrying about their score and outcome of the game, squad leader has plans and commands to keep the team organized and coordinated during maneuveur, attack and defense, radio chatter is minimum and there is a good communication between commander and squad leader.

The reason I preferred being a squad leader more often than a member is that there aren't many squads out there with a similar ideology. Please dont hesitate to respond this message if you know other squads (or squad leaders) following these principles. I can serve as a dedicated member in such squads as happy as I am in our C-Team.

What I am planning to do next is to compile a simple set of commands and tactics which can help organization of a squad and coordination of actions. That would be really great if we all think on this and improve it until we all have a standard, simple and proven-to-work "squad management" procedure. In fact, let me start a topic on this right now ...

Yeah, I am the same. I work a 9-5, run one website, and about to start another one (which I hope ot turn into a full time business.) So, I get limited time to play. I should be on about 9 CST or so tonight though.

Re: Thank you TG community !

good, hope to see you there...

by the way I created a topic

C-Team Barrack
http://www.tacticalgamer.com/battlefield-2-tactics-missions-discussion/56442-c-team-barrack.html

under tactics section. we can exhange ideas, decide meeting times, report proven-to-work tactics and also decide what to try next in squad "C-Team"...

Bottom line is, as we know each other better, coordination will be very easy. TG is a big community and for better organization of things, such sub-structuring seems to be an efficient way.
