Whenever I join the public server I tend to see the USMC with a way higher win count than the opposition. Does this imply that the game has balance issues? Is it because of the Blackhawk?

It does seem to me that USMC has better weapons and assets in some aspects. Aside from the Blackhawk, the Linebacker has a bigger FOV than the Tanguska, and the M16A2 seems to be better at medium/long range engagements than the AK. The spec op weapon also has a better sight system than counterparts. Only downside seems to be the single shot sniper rifle, unless you can get a headshot every time.

On other servers MEC/China tend to win more because given an equal level of disorganization those sides get more defensive map positions/flags.

first i must welcome you to our community make sure you read all the SOPs and rules....if you need anything just ask..

about the USMC always winning, i dont think thats the case in our servers. one thing to consider is the USMC is the default side, everyone joins that side and it usually makes the USMC side have more players. with as much team work and co-op as we have i hardly ever see the USMC always winning. Its usually right down to the last ticker when the servers are full.

give it a few more nights and get into the thick of things, dont be afraid to take a SL spot and just have fun.....

Of course MEC/China do win from time to time, but with nowhere near the consistency. Doesn't autobalance move dead players to the other team after they respawn? Sometimes I see USMC with 2 or more players than the other side for a good amount of time.

I agree that most of time i look at the overall score, it's the USMC in the lead but saying that, who actually takes notice of the overall score, as long as we have fun on each round who cares.
Some maps may start with just one or two spawns for MEC like that TV station one, so it may be against MEC to pull back the lead, but there's no un-fair (skill etc) advantage.
Just the way it goes ....

We are finding the same statistic on both of our servers. I cannot quote the exact ratio, but it is in favour of the U.S by at least 10-15 percent.

One word... Blackhawk. Right now, folks are still struggling to counter this I think.

Myself, I prefer USMC simply because I like the M24 Sniper rifle better and it's rare that I end a round without playing at least several spawns as a sniper. But I'm not sure it's necessarily better, just more my style. The Blackhawk however... it's pretty much just plain better than the MEC/Chinese equivalents. Open crew compartment is it's only real weakness, and one that people have not yet capitalized upon.

I also think part of is at the beginning of the map rounds, the USMC has a numbers advantage and can quickly take key CPs.

I don't understand why at the beginning of a round US is allowed to have so many more players. Autobalance only kick in after people begin to respawn. On other servers I've played the initial imbalance never seems to happen.

You guys are missing the one OBVIOUS POINT!

All the automatic in-game chatter for the USMC is in English and the others are in Chinese and Arabic. Most of the players speak english and understand things like 'Need Medic' more readily.

That is my biggest annoyance about ending up on the MEC or Chinese teams. The game really does need a localized option for the chatter.

What? I have never heard chinese or arabic. In fact it was kinda funny the first time I played the chinese and heard the same english voices. Thought I was still on USMC.

In the general options area, there's a box that you can check to hear only english voices.

ive played the game so much that i know whats needed when i hear something come over the chatter box....i guess im try lingual now......but i only know 6 phrases
